Also you can shoot off a confetti popper or blow a party horn. I tried to demonstrate a make-shift confetti horn, (paper cut up into tiny squares held in my hand) and discovered that inhaling my hand up to my mouth just before blowing doesn't work out very well. *ahem*

The idea though is to do something fun to celebrate!
